PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share various pieces of data while protecting personal data related to privacy. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a user terminal 200 which is carried by each user and is provided with a radio communication means, a storing means for storing data on a user individual and an input-output device, a database 100 for storing data about the user individual carrying each portable terminal and data about a medical institution, a medicine store, medicines and the input-output device, a medical institution terminal 110 connected to the database 100 by a prescribed line, and a store terminal 130 which is installed in each medicine store and connected to the database 100 by a prescribed line. In the database 100, access right is set in each terminal in each item of personal data and medical data. |
