<p>PURPOSE: A conjugated polymer of charge transfer type for organic thin-film transistor(OTFT) is provided to ensure thermal stability and excellent solubility and use as a polymer for an organic solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A conjugated polymer of chemical formula 1 is prepared through stille coupling reaction of quinoxaline derivative and thiopene. The quinoxaline derivative is 2,3-Bis(4-hexylphenyl)-5,8-dibromoquinoxaline. The thiopene is 2,5-Bis(tri-n-methylstannyl)-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene[2,5-Bis(tri-n0methylstannyl)-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene]. The conjugated polymer of chemical formula 1 is poly(2,3-bis(4-hexyloxyphenyl)quinoxaline-5,8-diyl-alt-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene-2,5-diy)l.</p> |
