PURPOSE: An artificial fish reef is provided, which enhances neighboring dissolved oxygen and supplies oxygen enough for the predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: An artificial fish reef comprises: a top body(3) and a bottom body(3'); and a groove(5) which is formed upward so that the groove formed in the body circumference can enter the inside of the body. In the top body, several holes of fixed size are formed. The inside of the top body is formed to be gradually inclined in the opposite direction of the gravity.
