Order placement system comprising of a apparatus and method, in a computer desktop terminal, with a mouse and keyboard, it will provide an interactive user input software, a postal code database search engine to locate Pharmacy's and drug stores, it will have a image scanning hardware for user input of doctors prescription to convert paper prescription to a image format for electronic exchange between host computer and pharmacy / Drug store computer terminal, images will be saved in a database for recording purposes and future retrieval service, software will also sent to the user a text message to cell phone or e-mail confirming order.
