PURPOSE: A smoke intake apparatus is provided to prevent a fire from breaking out due to the overheating of the intake apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A smoke intake apparatus which is installed on a counter absorbs smoke including moisture and oil generated when food is heated and discharges the smoke to outside. The smoke intake apparatus comprises a bottom intake pipe(100) and an open intake pipe. The bottom intake pipe absorbs the smoke generated in a counter. The open intake pipe is coupled with the lower part of the bottom intake pipe. The door is formed on the side of the open intake pipe. A filter is installed inside the open intake pipe.
