<p>The grill pan has a pan bottom that has a rotating side panel enclosing the cooking side and the oven side. Grooves (6,6a) are formed in the cooking side and the cooking side is inclined around a virtual axis at an acute angle against the oven side. The cooking side is sub-divided into two cooking side halves (1,2) which are inclined against each other in V-shape around another virtual axis. The virtual axis is oriented at right angle to the former virtual axis around another and third acute angles.</p> |
