PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing oil and heavy metals in contaminated complex soil is provided to effectively remove oil components by uniformly and continuously injecting hydrogen peroxide in a floatation process of fine soil slurry. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing oil and heavy metals in contaminated complex soil comprises the following: a pressure tank(115) adding high pressure air in fine soil slurry; a reaction tank(110) making reaction of hydrogen peroxide and an alkaline solution for separating the fine soil slurry attached on the fine soil; a plurality of penetration holes(121) floating microbubbles produced in reaction while guiding sedimentation of the fine soil; a plurality of wave-shaped plates(120) which are separately arranged up and down; and a removing unit(130) collecting foreign materials and coil components floated by the microbubbles.
