The light emitting diode installation module (1) comprises a light emitting diode unit (2), and a cooling body (3) thermally coupled with the light emitting diode unit. The structurally combined arrangement is fastened on the light emitting diode unit and the cooling body by a retaining element mounted in an installation opening. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a lighting arrangement, which comprises a light emitting diode installation module; and (2) a floor and wall construction, which is made of gypsum plasterboards and gypsum cardboard acoustic boards with standardized openings.
