PURPOSE: A partition wall and a guide wall of a water disposal plant including the same are provided to shorten construction times by construction the partition wall using a combining unit instead of a hollow panel which is used for facilities of the partition wall. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall apparatus comprises: a heating element which is attached to a concrete structure processed using a lining member(12); one or more junction unit(30) including a synthetic resin coating layer which is coated on the heating element; a partition wall member(50) which is welded on the lining member of the junction unit. The partition wall member includes the junction unit, a bonding member(52), and the dividing wall(54) which is composed of one or more sheet or board.
