PURPOSE: An apparatus for embodying the interlock of an electromotive power steering system is provided to embody the interlock of an electromotive power steering system by calculating an output torque current value. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for embodying the interlock of an electromotive power steering system comprises an interface unit(410), and a memory unit(420) and a controller(430). The interface unit performs data transmission between a torque sensor, a current sensor, and a rectifying position sensor and a motor driver. The memory unit stores an interlock implementation program of the electromotive power steering system. The controller controls the interlock of the electromotive power steering system by comparing the torque sensor output with the output torque current value.
