CONSTITUTION: A method of producing nutritious glutinous rice cake comprises the following steps: preparing a mixture 1100 ~ 1400 parts by weight consisting of nuts and beans, sugar 110 ~ 130 parts by weight, milk 900 ~ 1000 parts by weight, and a leavening agent 95 ~ 115 parts by weight(S100); kneading prepared mixtures; removing bubbles while baking dough in 180 ~ 190 degrees Celsius for 55 ~ 65 minutes(S120); and cooling the baked rice cake in room temperature for 3 ~ 4 hours(S130).
