<p>PURPOSE: A method for texturing the glass substrate of a solar cell is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by wet-etching the surface of the glass substrate in order to form a concavo-convex pattern on the surface of the glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate(100) is prepared. An etching solution(121) is sprayed on the glass substrate through nozzles(111). When the etching solution is sprayed to the glass substrate, the glass substrate is vertically loaded. The nozzles are arranged with a matrix shape. The etching solution includes sulfuric acid, fluoric acid nitric acid. The kinds, the concentration, the temperature of the etching solution and the spray time and the spray pressure of the nozzle are adjusted.</p> |
