DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ENCODING/DECODING

PURPOSE: An encoding/decoding method and a device thereof are provided to decode encoded bitstream by using same information recognition method. CONSTITUTION: A separation unit(310) separates schema information and connection control information from a decoder description. A BSDL parser(320) outputs an input bitstream after parsing by using the schema information. A decoder configuring unit(330) loads and connects corresponding function units from a tool box unit based on the connection control information. The decoder configuring unit forms a recombining decoder. A decoding solution(340) decodes the bitstream outputted from the parser by using the recombining decoder.
