PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a wire rope sling is provided to increase productivity of products with improvement of workability, and to improve simplicity and speed by simply reinforcing a joint with a jig for casting. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a wire rope sling comprises the following steps: forming a hook portion(100c) by folding the both rope ends on a main wire of a rope after bending the wire rope to a hook shape; fixing and compressing a joint(1) of a metal material on an outer side of the rope end and the main wire of the wire rope; installing a jig for casting on one end of the joint; cooling the molten metal after injecting the molten metal into the jig; and molding a reinforcing material(2) by separating or disassembling the jig from the joint.
