FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for control of impact device operation, which is actuated by pressurised fluid, and to impact device actuated by pressurised fluid. Impact device comprises facilities for supply of pressurised fluid into impact device and discharge from it, working chamber and transfer piston installed in working chamber. Transfer piston has surface that transmits energy and is inverted to tool with provision of the possibility of its contact with tool surface that perceives energy. At the same time shape of voltage wave is affected by means of clearance setting between surface of transfer piston that perceives energy and specified surface of tool that perceives energy. ^ EFFECT: simplified adjustment of voltage wave characteristics transferred to tool, and also increased frequency of impacts. ^ 28 cl, 7 dwg |
