FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, mainly for use in individual small holdings and farms. Centrifugal milk separator includes drum with tightly installed partition, which creates chamber for inlet of working fluid, or steam, or air into tubes with nozzles, at the same time fixed hollow axis has pipeline for supply of specified fluid, or steam, or air into chamber. Drum of separator is rotated by force of inner friction that occurs as it is installed into water funnel created around vertical axis in the form of rotary paraboloid developed at a certain height of water surface maintained by a continuous inflow of naturally or artificially developed flow, and water outflow through hole arranged on water reservoir bottom for this flow discharge. At the same time drum is strung for fixation of its position along vertical line onto metal rod with a limiting orifice, being fixed along hole centre. ^ EFFECT: separator is simple in design and requires minimum energy inputs. ^ 2 dwg |
