PURPOSE: A clutch disk is provided to form comfortable riding of a vehicle by a damping tool installed between a disc plate and a hub. CONSTITUTION: A clutch disk comprises a disk plate, a hub(5), an inner hub plate(7), a first torsional spring(9), a cover plate, a second torsional spring(13) and a pre-damper plate(17). The disk plate comprises a facing. The hub is rotatably installed at the disc plate. The inner hub plate is connected to the outside of the hub rotatably with the hub within the limited range. The first torsional spring is installed between the hub and the inner hub plate. The first torsional spring offers elastic force concerning the relative rotation displacement between the inner hub plate and the hub. The cover plate is integrally connected to the disk plate. The second torsional spring is installed between the cover plate and inner hub plate. The second torsional spring offers the elastic force concerning the relative rotation displacement between the inner hub plate and the cover plate. The pre-damper plate is installed rotatably with the inner hub plate through elastic member(15).
