PURPOSE: A waterproofing device for preventing corrosion of a concrete pavement and a waterproofing method are provided to conveniently repair the surface of a cracked concrete pavement, and to remarkably construction time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing device for preventing corrosion of a concrete pavement is composed as follows. A first case(11) and a second case(12) are coupled using a hinge(13). A first fan and a second fan blow air to a first heater and a second heater. A folding unit(40) folds or spreads the first and second cases. A sprinkler sprays a waterproofing material on a concrete pavement. A drier dries the surface of the concrete pavement in which the waterproofing material is spread.
