APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SKIP-NOTCHING STATOR CORE

PURPOSE: A skip-notching device of a stator core and a skip-notching method are provided to improve workability and productivity by punching holes on a thin steel core of a stator stack. CONSTITUTION: A punching control bar is arranged on one side of an upper mold(10) and moves forward and backward by a moving unit. A control groove is formed on the end in front of the punching control bar. A punch(120) is arranged under the upper mold. The punch pressurizes a lower mold(20) for punching a hole on the core. An input unit(400) inputs the number of skip-notching operations. A controller(200) controls the movement of the moving unit according to the number of the skip-notching operations. A detection unit detects the frequency of the upper mold which is positioned on a bottom dead point.
