PURPOSE: A feed additive composition containing flaxseed oil, green tea extract and a coating agent is provided to reduce the cholesterol content while increasing the omega-3 fatty acid content by producing eggs containing a large amount of omega-3 fatty acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a feed additive composition containing flaxseed oil, green tea extract and a coating agent comprises a step for mixing flaxseed oil 50~70 weight% containing linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid and green tea extract 30~50 weight%, and a step for adding the coating agent which is glucose, galactose, ribose, maltose, sugar, lactose, starch, glycogen or cellulose and the green tea extract. The green tea extract is manufactured by dissolving a dried material in a small quantity of water until an extraction solvent is completely removed.
