FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure refers to decreasing scale in kiers and can be implemented in pulp-and-paper industry. Boiling is carried out in a kier corresponding to a vessel with upper and lower sections. The first portion of boiling solution is withdrawn from the said kier at boiling; also this portion of solution has the first concentration of dissolved in it calcium from the first place between sections of the kier; this withdrawn first portion of boiling solution is not returned. Further the second portion of boiling solution is withdrawn with the second concentration of dissolved in it calcium in the second place located at a certain distance from the said first place and downstream from it. Also the second concentration of dissolved calcium is lower, than the first concentration. At least part of the second portion of boiling solution is returned to the kier in the third place, the first place, next to it or below it for replacing part of the first portion of boiling solution. ^ EFFECT: reduced scale and reduced amount of washing solution, increased efficiency of process and upgraded blanching of pulp. ^ 10 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
