摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and system to control subsequent electrolysers installed in the form of series located transversely to axis of series (line) and operating at current exceeding 300 kA and probably exceeding 600 kA for manufacture of aluminium by means of electrolysis of aluminium silicate dissolved in molten cryolite by using Hall-Eru process. In method in which the first electric current being common current supports electrolysis process in each electrolyser, and at that, bus arrangement device for passing the line current for each separate electrolyser decreases undesired magnetic field in electrolyser acting as internal compensation current (CKK, BK), and at that, for compensation of the rest undesired magnetic field in each separate electrolyser there provided is the second separate current being external compensation current (CKK, "ÆêÜ"); internal compensation current (CKK,BK) has at least one constituent part located outside support surface of electrolyser around at least one end standpipe of electrolyser; at that, the above constituent part of current is 5 to 25% of common current; at that, arrangement and balance between internal compensation system (CKK, BK) and external compensation system (CKK, "ÆêÜ") in the form of combined compensation system (CKK) is made with possibility of weight optimisation of system of electric connection and voltage loss in it in accordance with the following steps: a) CKK is used when need for compensation ICCS around at least one end standpipe of electrolyser exceeds level b) if there is inequality in step a), then, value of compensation current flowing in internal compensation system (CKK, BK) around this end standpipe of electrolyser or around end standpipes of electrolyser separately is approximately: c) the rest part of need for compensation for this standpipe of electrolyser or for both standpipes is provided by using external compensation system (CKK, "ÆêÜ"), where Iccs - total compensation current for combined compensation system, Iccs.ic - internal compensation current for combined compensation system, a - current per the length of side wall, which is relieved from set of flexible buses of cathode to bloom (collecting bus), b - constant with value of 0.5 to 1, which depends on change of cross-section area of bloom (collecting bus) along its length; l1 - length of additional busways of internal compensation, which are located before electrolysis bath perpendicular to common line current direction, in addition to bloom (collecting bus); l2 - length of additional busways of internal compensation, which are located after electrolyser perpendicular to common direction of common current flow, in addition bloom (collecting bus); l3- distance c-c from electrolyser number n to n+1. There also described is the system used for method's implementation. ^ EFFECT: optimisation of resultant magnetic field and operating parametres of busways, such as voltage loss, weight, current distribution, distribution and middle level of magnetic field, distance between rows, anode standpipe solutions and spatial area for arrangement of busways. ^ 16 cl, 12 dwg, 2 ex
