<p>A dye sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance energy conversion efficiency by using a carbon nano tube in which electrochemical stability is improved by a thermal process as a counter electrode. A bottom transparent electrode(18) is formed on a bottom glass substrate(12). A photo electrode layer(14) is formed on a surface of a porous film formed on the bottom transparent electrode by dye polymer. A top transparent electrode(17) is formed on a top glass substrate(11). A counter electrode(16) is formed on the top transparent electrode by using a carbon nano tube in which an electrochemical impedance property is changed by a thermal process. An electrolyte solution(15) is filled between the top glass substrate and the bottom glass substrate.</p> |
