<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to control high potential driving voltages within an output limit of a power IC by limiting an upper limit of a feedback voltage using a limit element connected in parallel to a monitoring pixel. CONSTITUTION: A current source(17a) supplies a monitoring current of a constant level to a monitoring pixel unit. A sampling switch(17b) samples a node voltage on a monitoring pixel unit(16) by forming a current path between the current source and the monitoring pixel unit. A driving voltage controller(17d) received a node voltage which is fed back and controls the level of the high potential driving voltage which is applied to the light emitting pixels based on the feedback voltage. A voltage limit unit(18) limits the level of the node voltage below the output limit of the driving voltage controller.</p> |
