PURPOSE: A system for serving a personalized anti-stress service, a method thereof, and a storage medium storing the same are provided to reflect objective change measurement effect due to corresponding anti-stress service provision to an anti-stress service configuration inventory,. CONSTITUTION: A service matching unit(20) extracts an anti-stress service. The anti-stress service corresponds to the stress level of a stress grade calculating unit(10). A change measuring unit(30) calculates the stress grade difference between before and after provision of the extracted anti-stress service. A change accumulating unit(40) calculates an average value by the accumulation of difference values of the change measuring unit during a fixed period. The change accumulation unit produces a stress grade average reduction amount due to the anti-stress service.
