FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of grinding of scrap mechanical rubber goods, for instance worn-out car tyres. Installation for grinding of worn-out tyres comprises spindle installed on bed plate to install tyre and joined to rotation drive, cutting tool and system of ground product discharge. Cutters with hard alloy are installed in cutting tool - needle milling cutter. Pneumatic suction system comprises device for continuous mechanical discharge of recycling products in the form of conveyor in chute with air lock. Installation is equipped with brush for cleaning of conveyor tape and screen for separation of large metal cord. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability and safety of operation in process of recycling of car tyres with metal cord. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
