PURPOSE: A method and a system thereof are provided to prevent spam call in advance by providing caller terminal related information to a receiving terminal through network interconnection. CONSTITUTION: A caller terminal which is connected to a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) generates a call connection request signal to a receiving terminal. The PSTN routes a call to a terminal related information providing device of the PSTN. The terminal related information providing device requests a caller terminal related information to a name information server of the PSTN and receives the response thereof. The terminal related information providing device routes the call to the mobile communications network. The mobile communications network transfers the caller terminal related information to a receiving terminal.
