FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: tubular drill for development of frozen and firm soil consists of tubular case, of bore bit, of cutting plates out of hard alloy and of channels for developed soil transporting. There is a circular lug at the end of a tubular case whereon there is fixed a bore bit consisting of removable sectors arranged and fixed with bolt connections eliminating their travel. End channels are made at the ends of each of removable sectors; they diverge along a spiral line and transport developed soil; plates of hard alloy are installed in seats so, that they ensure complete development of working face with each sector per one turn forming cone shape of working face surface. Also each sector has a process aperture with an outlet to the bottom of the seat wherein the plates out of hard alloy are installed; the aperture serves for removal of plate bits; consequently, spiral channels for transporting developed soil evenly conjugating with the end channels are made on side external surface of sectors and the tubular case, and there are installed interrupted screw sectors so, that each of the following sector advances the preceding one. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of drilling thawed, frozen and firm soil with stone and boulder inclusions. ^ 3 dwg |
