PURPOSE: An on die termination circuit is provided to equally control resistors by forming a pull-down resistor and a pull-up resistor with a resistor with a NMOS transistor. CONSTITUTION: An on die termination circuit includes an ODT driver and an ODT circuit(220). The ODT driver comprises 1-3 signal extractors. The 1-3 signal extractors outputs a control signal controlling the resistance of the ODT circuit by using 0-2 control signal. The ODT circuit includes 1-3 termination resistors controlling the resistance according to the control signal of the ODT driver. |
