<p>A composition of product is proposed based on extruded corn and condensed milk, which contains the raw material in the following weight percentage: condensed milk - from 20 to 40%; fats (e.g. margarine, vegetable fats, butter) - from 8 to 16%; sugar - from 30 to 50%; water- from 1 to 10%; extruded corn (e.g. corn sticks, corn balls) - from 5 to 20%; additional fillers (not obligatory) - remaining quantity. A product manufacturing technology using the proposed raw material composition comprises the following actions: pouring of sugar in a bowl, addinng of water by periodically stirring and heating the substance on the stove until a smooth liquidy, light brown mass appears; adding the margarine and condensed milk products provided in the recipe by continuing the heating and stirringof mass and ending the mass heating immediatelly after a smooth, supple substance appears.;the obtained caramel type mass is immediately poured on the previously weighed corn sticks, thoroughly mixed and immediately divided up or worked manually or mechanically into forms.</p> |
