FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and more specifically to preparation of catalysts for deep hydrofining oil fractions and can be used in oil refining and petrochemical industry. The catalyst for deep hydrofining oil fractions contains aluminium oxide, cobalt oxide and phosphomolybdic heteropolycomplex or vanadiummolybdic heteropolycomplex or phosphovanadiummolybdic heteropolycomplex with the following content of components in wt %: phosphomolybdic heteropolycomplex [P(MoO3)12] 14.3-27.5; cobalt oxide CoO 3.2-8.5; aluminium oxide 64.0-82.5; or phosphovanadiummolybdic heteropolycomplex [P(V2O5)0.5(MoO3)11] 14.8-28.4; cobalt oxide CoO 3.2-8.5; aluminium oxide 63.1-82.0; or vanadiummolybdic heteropolycomplex [V(MoO3)12] 14.4-27.8; cobalt oxide CoO 3.2-8.5; aluminium oxide 63.7-82.4. The method of preparing the catalyst involves impregnation of an aluminium oxide support with a solution of group VIII and VI metal compounds, where the combined impregnating solution contains a molybdenum heteropolycompound selected from (NH4)3[PMo12O40]10H2O, (NH4)3[PVMo11O40]8H2O or (NH4)3[VMo12O40]10H2O cobalt nitrate Co(NO3)26H2O with molar ratio Mo/Co equal to 1.7-2.3, stabilised 25-35 ml 30% H2O2 per 100 ml of the impregnating solution, with pH of the medium equal to 1.5-5.0 and single impregnation with aluminium oxide is carried out with subsequent drying and calcination at temperature not above 400C. ^ EFFECT: obtaining a catalyst with given properties of an oxide precursor of a sulphide phase, and design of a method of preparing the said catalyst where the main active component (molybdenum) and a modifier (P and/or V) are brought into contact at molecular level in well defined ratios. ^ 3 cl, 7 ex, 2 tbl |
