Water-in-oil emulsion contains red palm oil "Carotino", drinking water, monoglycerides of fatty acids, xanthane gum and soya bean lecithin. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures production of high quality frankfurters and small sausages produced both out of cooled and defrosted meat and enriched with vitamins. |
