CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM FOR TS PACKET PROCESSING BASED ON MEMORY CARD

PURPOSE: A conditional access system for TS packet processing based on a memory card is provided to perform the processing of EMM(Entitlement Management Message), ECM(Entitlement Control Message), and TS(Transport Stream) packets in a memory card. CONSTITUTION: A CAS server(100) transmits an EMM and an ECM. The CAS server transmits a TS packet including broadcast contents. A CAS client(200) processes the EMM, ECM, and TS packet received from the CAS server in a memory card(220). In the memory card, the CAS client obtains a security table and CW required for CAS service operation by decoding the EMM and ECM. The CAS client decodes the encoded TS packet using the security table in a terminal.
