PURPOSE: An adhesive is provided to be curable at a low temperature in a short time and to excellent storage ability because hardener particles in which metal chelate is a main component is coated with capsules. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a latent hardener containing capsules coating latent handener particles and the surface of latent handener particles comprises the steps of: (i) manufacturing hardener particles(31); and (ii) attaching powdery resin particles with average particle diameter smalls than that of hardener particles and melting the resin particles attached to the surface of the hardener particles to form capsules.
