PURPOSE: A vegetation mat for greening, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method thereof are provided to efficiently prevent soil in an incline from collapsing by easily germinating seeds. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a vegetation mat for greening is as follows. The ground is processed for installing a vegetation mat(10). Joint parts are formed in the vegetation mat to be installed in an incline. Fixing pins(11) are installed in the ground at equal intervals, and fixes the vegetation mat to the ground. The vegetation mat fixed by the fixing pins is covered by soil.
