METHOD FOR PREPARING FERMENTED ALCOHOLIC DRINK USING PAPRIKA

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fermentation wine using paprika is provided to variously induce consumption of paprika and to enhance agricultural income. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing paprika fermentation wine comprises: a step of adding yeast to pulverized paprika and fermenting at 15-30°C for 7-20 days; and a step of cooling the fermentation liquid and filtering to obtain paprika fermentation wine. A method for producing the paprika fermentation wine comprises: a step of steaming white rice; a step of adding yeast and saccharifying agent to the steamed white rice and fermenting to obtain crude liquor; a step of mixing the steamed white rice and pulverized paprika at a ratio of 1-10:1 and fermenting at 15-30°C for 7 to 20 days to obtain fermentation liquid; and a step of filtering the fermentation liquid and adding water.
