The method involves the following. Waste wood and wastes from larch wood processing are crushed. The obtained larch wood chips are subjected to solid-phase mechanical and chemical processing in a bead mill in the presence of dry sodium hydroxide in mass ratio of 19:1. Water is added to the obtained mixture which is then kept for 15 hours while stirring. The liquid phase is separated from undissolved particles through filtration. Dihydroquercetin is precipitated from the aqueous extract through acidification with hydrochloric acid to pH 1.5-2.0. The obtained precipitate is separated by centrifuging and dried to obtain the desired product. ^ EFFECT: invention increases purity and output of the desired product.
