PURPOSE: A heat radiation material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an impact absorption property by forming a thermal conductive material layer on the outer surface of an elastic layer. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation material includes an elastic layer(110), an adhesive layer(120), a thermal conductive material layer(130), and a thermal conductive adhesion layer(140). The elastic layer includes a foaming sponge. The adhesive layer surrounds the outer surface of the elastic layer and includes a hot melt adhesive component. The thermal conductive material layer surrounds the outer surface of the adhesive layer and is formed by coating a thermal conductive paste on at least one side of the material. The thermal conductive adhesive layer is formed on the lower side of the heat radiation material.
