PURPOSE: A spreading device of a sewing object for a sewing machine is provided to prevent vibration of an upper and a lower spreading belt by installing a lower drive pulley on a support mounted on the front surface of a sewing machine and directly installing an upper driven pulley on a presser foot. CONSTITUTION: A spreading device of a sewing object for a sewing machine comprises a lower spreading belt(111) and an upper driven belt(131). The upper spreading bent is installed around a sewing needle. A bearing housing(132) is attached on a presser foot(106). The upper driven pulley(134) is combined to an upper driven shaft. An upper spreading belt connects one end of the upper driven pulley. A rotating unit of the upper spreading belt is used for rotating the upper spreading belt.
