PURPOSE: A charger system for a rechargeable lithium battery is provided to finely adjust the voltage of the lithium battery using a 4.2V constant-voltage charger. CONSTITUTION: A power terminal(32) supplies power. A first switch(34) and a second switch(36) are respectively combined to a protection circuit and the power terminal. A charging unit(40) is combined to the protection circuit and the second switch. The charging unit includes a plurality of charging bays. The charging bays contain a lithium battery. A DC/DC converter(54) is combined to a constant-voltage charger. A control unit(56) is combined to the DC/DC converter, the charging unit and the protection circuit.
