PURPOSE: A key pad for a portable terminal, and a device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the restoring force of an elastic key by attaching the elastic key to the inner circumference of a key hole of a stiffener. CONSTITUTION: A keypad(10) is set on a dome switch of a circuit board. The keypad includes a stiffener(11) and an elastic key(12). A key hole(11a) is formed in the stiffener. An elastic key is attached to the inner circumference of the key hole and includes a key top(12a) and a skirt(12c). The key top is protruded through the key hole. The skirt is integrated with the key top. The skirt is attached to the inner circumference of the key hole.
