PURPOSE: A wire guidance device for stringing a power cable and a power cable stringing method using the same are provided to improve work efficiency by automatically guiding a wire to a guide groove of a guide roller. CONSTITUTION: A guide groove is formed along the outer side of a guide roller(10). A support frame(20) rotatably supports the guide roller. A guide bar(30) has an incline for guiding a wire to the guide roller. A wire guide unit(50) guides the wire to the guide groove of the guide roller. A pylon fixing frame fixes a pylon structure. A fixing frame(70) fixes the support frame to the pylon fixing frame. A guidance fixing frame(80) fixes a wire guidance unit to a pylon fixing frame.
