PURPOSE: A windmill power generator for a building is provided to efficiently use the wind by including an outside rotator, an inner rotator, and a support body. CONSTITUTION: A windmill power generator for a building includes an outer rotary body(10), an inner rotary body(20), and a support body(30). The inner rotary body is rotated inside the outer rotary body. The support body supports the outer rotary body and the inner rotary body. The outer rotary body includes an upper and lower plate(12,13) and a wind guide vane(15,15'). The upper and lower plate includes a sloped wind guideway(11). The upper and lower plate is combined in the top and lower part of the wind guide vane. The wind guide vain includes a curved wind guideway(14). A bearing support ball is formed in the inner side of the upper and lower plate.
