PURPOSE: A cold crucible for induction heating is provided to enhance efficiency by reducing power which is consumed in the crucible and increasing power consumption which is consumed in a heated product. CONSTITUTION: A cold crucible for induction heating comprises a plurality of metal material segments(120) and a segment insulation member(126). A cooling water inlet(150) is included in the inner part of the multiple metal material segments. The segment insulation member is extended to the outer circumference of the segment from the cooling water inlet. The segment insulation member blocks induction current to be applied to the outer circumference of the segment and the inner circumference of the cooling water inlet. |
