PURPOSE: A sliding type portable terminal with angle of inclination is provided to set opening angles of an upper main body and a lower main body to predetermined angles, thereby providing the convenience of users. CONSTITUTION: A pair of sliding rails(130) with dual inclination is formed in the lower side of an upper main body(110). A pair of guide units(140) is included in the upper side of a lower main body(120). The guide units are formed to be faced with the sliding rails. The guide units include a first guide bar and a second guide bar.
