PURPOSE: An elongated implant device and a bone stabilizing device including the same are provided to improve a fatigue life of an axial damping element by arranging the axial damping element on a loading region between two bone anchors. CONSTITUTION: A rod-shaped member(28) has a first end and a second end. The rod-shape member forms a longitudinal axis of the elongated implant device. A sleeve(26) is slidably arranged on the rod-shaped member and includes a free end(36) and a combination end(38). The combination end is connected to an axial damping element(24) which is connected between the sleeve and the second end of the rod-shaped member.
