PURPOSE: A continuous electrolytic refining device is provided to uniformly collect uranium electrodeposits by controlling deattachment point and period of the uranium electrodeposits using an exciter. CONSTITUTION: A continuous electrolytic refining device(1) comprises an electrolytic cell(10), a cathode(20), an anode(40), a metallic uranium collecting unit(50), and a transition metal collecting unit(60). The cathode includes an insulation vibration absorbing member(25) and an exciter(26). The insulation vibration absorbing member fixes an upper plate on an cover plate(12). The exciter transfers exciting force to the cathode through a tie bar(21).
