PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs using a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor and a NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor. CONSTITUTION: If an AC power source is supplied through an AC power input unit(100), an inrush current prevention unit(300) limits an inrush current for charging an electrolytic capacitor and includes a first thermistor and a second thermistor. The first thermistor and the second thermistor are connected in parallel with a relay(200). A temperature controller(400) controls the heat from the inrush current prevention unit. If the electrolytic capacitor is charged, the relay controls the power current which flows through the inrush current prevention unit.
