PURPOSE: An OPO laser device using two polarized light source which are perpendicular to each other is provided to minimize energy loss by using a pump light including a polarized light vibrated in two directions which are perpendicular to each other. CONSTITUTION: A polarized splitter(20) divides pumped light into a transmitted polarized light and a reflected polarized light. The transmitted polarized light is inputted to an OPO(Optical Parametric Oscillator)(2). The reflected polarized light is added to an output of the OPO with two reflective mirrors and an optical splitter. The optical isolator is installed between the polarized light splitter and the OPO. The optical isolator protects a DPSS laser(1) from the reflected polarized light. A half wave plate(Half-Wave Plate)(40) concords the polarization direction of the polarized pump light between the reflective mirrors. |
