PURPOSE: A wormwood steaming device is provided, which enables thermal stimulus of wormwood to penetrate to the subcutaneous fat without burn of the skin. CONSTITUTION: A wormwood steaming device comprises: an outer shell(10) having a cylindrical form; an inner shell(20) installed inside the outer shell; and a hollow(21) formed in the inner shell. The inner shell having the hollow is made of elvan consisting of multilayer pores. In the outer shell, a settling portion is formed to make the kneaded wormwood settled.
